Season Passes

Our Peace of Mind Promise includes Season Pass Protection, which means no additional purchase is required! With our Peace of Mind Promise a Winter 2024/25 Season Passholder may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the event they are unable to use their Season Pass only if the circumstances (Medical, or Employment Transfer, or Resort Closure) meet our terms and conditions listed below. The Season Pass will cease to be valid when a refund is processed and cannot be used again in the 2024/25 season. The Peace of Mind Promise does not cover public health related travel restrictions. We do not know what travel restrictions may or may not be in place during the ski and ride season. You should only purchase a pass if you can safely visit Panorama in accordance with government-imposed travel restrictions as there will be no refunds if you cannot visit due to current or newly imposed travel restrictions. Please adhere to governmental orders.

Usage Schedule

Terms & Conditions

All prices are quoted in Canadian funds per person. Applicable taxes will be applied to all prices. Special pass deals cannot be combined with any other specials or offers. Conditions apply to all promotions. Rates subject to change and cancellation without notice. All facilities and programs are subject to seasonality, availability and change. Passes cannot be exchanged for a credit or any other product. Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable, nor can they be resold. Upon purchase, your credit card will be charged for the agreed upon amount regardless of whether the pass is used. Panorama does not guarantee trail conditions, weather conditions, lifts open or trails open. The Passholder may lose skiing / snowboarding privileges, with the pass revoked without refund, for any misuse or failure to adhere to Panorama Mountain Resort policy. Season passes are to be used within the season they are purchased for. Any refund of any amount through the Peace of Mind Promise will follow the posted refund schedule and will not take place until after the completion of the winter season in April 2025 and is at the discretion and approval of Panorama Mountain Resort. Pass usage will be determined through Panorama Mountain Resort’s electronic data collection equipment and will not be determined by the Season Passholder. Panorama Mountain Resort's interpretation of the conditions is final.

Medical

In the event of injury or illness:

1. A doctor's certificate must be presented stating the date of injury, type of injury and estimated time of recovery before alpine skiing/snowboarding can be resumed.
2. Medical conditions and injuries must restrict the user from skiing/snowboarding for at least 30 consecutive days from injury date.

Employment Transfer

In the event of a move required for employment:

1. A letter must be presented from the new employer stating the company name, location and start date.
2. Any change in employment must restrict the user from skiing / snowboarding at Panorama Mountain Resort for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.
3. The Passholder’s new principal residence for employment must be located more than 350 kilometres from Panorama Mountain Resort.

Passholders must complete the online form for consideration of Medical or a Moving for Employment refund and to enact the Peace of Mind Promise. This cannot be actioned in person or over the phone. Only Passholders who have completed the online form by February 28, 2025 will be considered for refund. Refund will follow usage schedule. If the current Season Pass is used for any reason after the claim date used for a Medical or Moving for Employment, no refund will be issued.

Resort Closure 

Season passholders may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on pass usage in the event the 2024/25 Panorama winter season is less than 80 days in total duration. Refund will above usage schedule.

Travel Restrictions 

The Peace of Mind Promise does not cover public health related travel restrictions imposed by Federal or Provincial Governments. Public health orders and guidelines are constantly changing. A 2024/25 Panorama Winter Season Pass should be purchased only if the Passholder believes they will be able to safely travel between December 2024 and April 2025. Refunds will NOT be issued if travel restrictions are implemented in your home country or province, or in the Province of British Columbia.

Pass Usage Policy

• The Season Pass is for personal use only. It is not transferable and cannot be resold.
• The Season Pass is valuable. A Passholder is responsible in the event of any misuse or misconduct.
• The Passholder should report a lost or stolen Season Pass to Panorama Guest Services immediately. The replacement cost for a lost or forgotten Season Pass is $5 per RFID card. Valid photo identification must be presented.
• If a Season Pass is used by an individual other than the named Passholder, a $250 fine will apply for fraudulent use. The pass will be invalid until the fine has been paid. Panorama Mountain Resort reserves the right to revoke skiing / snowboarding privileges.

Release Agreement

All passholders are required to personally execute a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement in order to finalize their pass purchase every season. If the pass is not purchased electronically via the website, the Release Agreement must be completed when picking up the pass. A parent or legal guardian must execute the Release Agreement for pass holders under 18 years of age. A copy of the Release Agreement can be found at PanoramaResort.com/release

Rules of Play

• Respect the Mountain. Respect Others. Respect Yourself.
• Always carry the Season Pass when accessing lifts and the ski area at Panorama Mountain Resort. No exceptions.
• All season passholders must abide by the Alpine Responsibility Code all times. Any breach may lead to temporary or permanent loss of privileges and removal from the mountain.
• All season passholders must abide by the Panorama Health & Safety protocols which can be found at here.
• A Season Pass will be revoked for failure to abide by applicable terms and conditions or conduct detrimental to Panorama Mountain Resort, including but not limited to theft of property or service, violation of Federal, Provincial and Local law.

4. Log In - If you have not already logged in to your profile you will be asked to do so now.

It is simple to verify that the right family member has the correct Panorama RFID card associated with them.

1. Log in: Sign into your account on the Panorama online store: Login Page  If you can't log in, try to Find your Existing Account: Find My Account If you do not have an account you will need to create one: Create Account  
2. My Account: select My Account from the drop down menu under your name. You should see all your family members listed in your My Group section.
3. On their profile card, hover over the RFID card button to see their personal RFID number appear. 
4. If you do not see your family member, click on the + Add Member button. You will need their birth date to be able to add them.
5. If no RFID card appears for a family member, click on the Add Media button and follow the steps to link their card. You will need to know their 20 digit number on the back of their RFID card.
